1. Purpose and operator
These terms govern the MASKLINGS mobile game, official website, and related support provided by KCREW Co., Ltd.
2. License
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial play. The app, characters, artwork, audio, code, and marks remain owned by KCREW or their lawful owners.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer, alter, or automate abnormal requests to the app or servers.
- Do not bypass security, purchase verification, access limits, or fair-play rules.
- Do not infringe law or another person’s rights.
- Do not exploit errors to duplicate rights or resources; report them to support.
4. Service and local data
Current progress and preferences are stored mainly on your device. Clearing storage, deleting the app, device loss, or operating-system changes may remove them; user-configured operating-system backup may also restore them with the app or device. We will separately describe the scope and recovery limits if KCREW introduces online accounts or sync.
5. Digital purchases
Purchasing remains locked until live release verification is complete, and there are currently no active purchase options.
Future Android digital goods will use Google Play Billing and iOS digital goods will use Apple In-App Purchase. The app and store checkout will show the product, local price, and final charge before purchase.
Supported permanent goods will offer restoration. Missing items, duplicates, and refunds are handled under our Purchase guidance, store policies, and applicable law. A valid refund or cancellation may remove the related digital entitlement.
6. Changes, maintenance, and closure
Content, rules, and supported environments may change for quality, security, legal, or store-policy reasons. We will provide reasonable advance notice for material changes, long maintenance, or service closure where practicable.
7. Liability
Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not responsible for losses caused by user devices, networks, stores, or user actions. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. Law and disputes
The laws of the Republic of Korea apply. We will first try to resolve disputes through support. Unresolved matters may use the competent court or statutory dispute-resolution process.
